SERVICE POLICY
Warranty:
3F Medical System warrants that our product will be free from defects in material and workmanship effective from the date of invoice. If this product proves defective in either material or workmanship, it will be replaced without charge during the limited warranty period if returned to 3F Medical System. Our standard warranty period is 12 months for complete unit and 6 months is available for spare parts after the shipping date of the goods.
Extension of Warranty:
Extension of standard Warranty is available. Please contact us for details.
The warranty shall not extend to any instrument that
1) out of warranty period;
2) has been subjected to direct, indirect, or consequential damages or resulting from the improper use or application of the products;
3) caused by modification or repair by anyone except 3F Medical System or 3F Medical System designated person;
4) from which 3F Medical System 's original serial number tag or product identification markings have been altered or removed;
5) or any product of any other manufacturer.
Return Policy:
Service Term:
1. Within warranty
For the maintenance caused by non-artificial factor within warranty, 3F Medical System provides replacing parts free of charge after receiving the defective report from the customer. Please provide the model number, serial number, and the Specific trouble condition. In order to avoid customs import duty, please declare the unit value below US$30.
2.Out of warranty period
After receiving the Return Materials Authorization from 3F Medical System, The Customer sends defective part(s) to 3F Medical System. 3F Medical System will analyze the degree of trouble condition and offer a quotation to The Customer of either repairing defective part(s) or making replacement(s). Once the maintenance fee is invoiced and paid, 3F Medical System will dispatch parts to assigned address.
Freight Policy:
1. Within Warranty:
The customer is responsible for freight & insurance charges when the equipment is shipped to 3F Medical System for service (this includes custom charges). 3F Medical System is responsible for the freight & insurance charges from 3F Medical System to the customer.
2. After Warranty:
The customer is responsible for any freight & insurance charges for returned product.
